Kevin is a serial entrepreneur. He has co-founded 5 established companies and is currently building 3 new university spin-outs as well as a spin-in. These companies operate across medtech (heart pump technology), life science (cell & gene therapy, genome sequencing), health and wellbeing (diabetes), retail (light-based devices) and classic car restoration.

Kevin advises institutes and government on innovation, translation and market development relative to economic strategy. He mentors students (undergrad and postgrad) and has judged numerous business plan competitions including the 2017 TERMIS EU competition.
